Cleaned up SVGs coming up.

Cleaning these SVGs turned out more complicated than it looked.

There are many elements with opacity=0 and useless clipPath/filters but some of them affect the rendering, some do not. :/

ntim, can we close this? I have also tried to run SVGO on these again and we end up losing critical parts of the graphics. Someone might be able to remove a few characters here and there but I think we could spend our time and energy more productively in other places.

This requires manual work to check what affects rendering and what doesn't. I started the work on one of the SVGs, and what I  had managed to do removes a lot of lines from the SVG. So it's not just a few characters.

I would just leave it open in case someone wants to pick it up. But if this bothers tracking the photon work, feel free to close it.
