Steps to reproduce:

Clicked the reload button, or pressed F5


Actual results:

The hover effect breaks at the start of the reload-to-stop animation but then immediately kicks in (so visually, it flickers) and stays on when the animation ends.

Then, the hover effect breaks again when the stop-to-reload animation starts, but doesn't kick back in during the animation like the other one. Instead it comes back as soon as the animation ends.


Expected results:

The hover effect should be active continuously, so long as the pointer is over the button regardless of if it is in animation.

I believe this was just the (known) temporary glitch from the initial landing of the new animation, when the animation itself was based on the new toolbar icons, but the static toolbar icons were still using the older/thicker icons.
