For the restore recently closed tabs button in Fx China repack, we're showing an animation (a screenshot of the closed tab flies into the button) for the first closed tab in any window.

In our previous discussion, it's recommended this animation be drawn in the content window instead. However, it just occured to me, for the animation to correctly draw an user's attention to the button, it needs to know whether the button is in the toolbar and where exactly it is.
