warning: Watchman unavailable: timed out waiting for response, while executing ('clock', '/Users/armenzg/repos/firefox')
This is typical on first run. If you wait a few seconds for watchman to record the full state of the repo, this warning should go away.

I think you can set "[fsmonitor] timeout = <large value>" to increase the timeout so you don't see this warning as often.

I don't see this happening anymore and I've added the timeout.
