bug 641212 will start creating partials with lzma compression. We'll need "xz" available on the funsize update generation image for this to work.
I don't think this should be necessary; the version of the bug 641212 patch series that I intend to land does the compression inside mar/signmar instead of calling out to xz like the previous versions did.
