This involves: - tools modifications to recognize actions.json and add the actions to the menu - a data entry form for entering the JSON input - v2 = using the schema-to-form support for this - moving the actions spec from Gecko into the taskcluster docs
I was thinking a little bit about how this might work. For per-task actions, the answer is clear: there's already a "Task Actions" menu/tab thingie and we can just add additional actions to that list. But for taskgroup actions, I'm not sure where the actions would go. Do we add a new "Task Group Actions" menu/tab thingie? Is it time to have a more serious re-think about the distinction between a task and a taskgroup in the inspector?
We seem to agree that the right approach is to put them on the "Task Actions" menu/tab thingie, and rename that to just "Actions".
