The custom video player controls on https://demo.bitmovin.com/public/firefox/av1/ don't respond with sytlo enabled.

e.g. Clicking on the central play button should start playback, clicking on the lower left play icons should start playback.

Something with hit testing for element lookup?

Can't confirm. Centered play button, other video controls, all are working. Can click through the video. See video, hear sound. Really cool codec. etc.

Nope. I can't not reproduce this on neither my Mac stylo local build nor Linux Nightly 2017-07-10 with stylo enabled.

Still working in Nightly 56 x64 20170711100226 @ Debian Testing (Linux 4.9.0-3-amd64, Radeon RX480).
Will retest on Win10 and then maybe mark as WFM.

Nightly 56 x64 20170711030203 @ Windows 10 x64: works, 1080p smoothly
BUT:

Nightly 56 x86 (!) 20170711030203 @ Windows 10 x64 (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0)
* 720p jerky
* sometimes the tab crashes, but without a crash report (I swear, all telemetry activated)!
At first, I had webrender+stylo enabled and got bp-cac6adcb-2c27-4051-a839-b0f2b0170711 when I visited that URL. Disabled webrender after that.
Before I get a tab crash, the page looks fine, but the video controls are unresponsive.
And lastly I created a fresh profile for Nightlx x86 and verified this behaviour.

STR:
1. Run Nightly x86 on Windows 10 x64 with a fresh profile. I don't have Windows 10 32 bit.
2. (enabled all telemetry on about:preferences#privacy)
3. set layout.css.servo.enabled;true
4. visit https://demo.bitmovin.com/public/firefox/av1/
5. watch the video, click randomly on the progress bar or somewhere else or switch tab
6. tab crash without crash report.

Can someone confirm this?

Hi, Mr. Incompetent here:
Sorry, I finally could reproduce this behaviour with stylo *disabled* in Nightly x68.
AV1 is an experimental codec. Tab crashes went away with media.mediasource.enabled;false. (Tab crashes came back with reenabling).
Maybe this bug should get moved into another Component.

I can't reproduce any more either. Weird. Sorry for the incorrect report.

I was using Firefox Nightly 56.0a1 (2017-07-10) (64-bit) on x86_64 Fedora Linux 25.
