Lately I've noticed that my content processes on my laptop use a small, but noticeable amount of CPU. Less than 5%, but consistently non-zero. This is bad for battery and for the performance of whatever process is serving the foreground tab. This is a meta bug to try to examine why background or otherwise idle content processes might be taking CPU.

Well, after closing significant content tabs I don't see any major problems at the moment. Sorry for the noise. Just going to close this for now.
