Steps to reproduce:
Change the accent colour to an affected colour in Windows 10 and open Firefox.
There are many accent colours affected, though the two I know for sure are Cool blue bright and Orange bright. This includes default accent colours and custom accent colours.
Actual results:
The buttons are drawn in black as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
Expected results:
The buttons should be drawn in white for certain accent colours, instead of the current black, as Windows draws the affected accent colours in white.

We should probably rename bug 1379266 to make it easier to find the dupes.
