137997 - crasher using XMLHttpRequest

This crashes in both the current trunk nightly and current 1.0 branch nightly.

I have done some talkbacks today.  One is:

unzip this file to a web server somewhere and point your browser at bug.htm. 
Click the button and it should crash.

Um, the zip you attached is the same as in bug 137866, and it does not crash for me.

That is right, it is the same zip file.  Under .99, it only had the utf problem. 
 Under the currently nightly trunk and 10 branch it crashes for me.

I just tried it again and it is still crashing.  Windows 2000.  Here is the info 
from my help about:

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.9+) Gecko/20020416

I am certain this is dupe of bug 137644, which was fixed on the trunk at
04/16/2002 15:04. The stack looks the same and the crash happens on the same
line according to talkback.
