We don't have any kind of definition for the Compiler Warnings Summary. At least, a short description of this performance alert on https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Performance/Automated_Performance_Testing_and_Sheriffing/Build_Metrics would mark this bug as RESOLVED.
