Branch & Trunk Builds 2002041617 - Classic and Modern Skins - Win2k and OSX Opening up the mail client before touching (A)"preferences->privacy&security->certificates->manage certificates" renders the select buttons in (B)"Mail&Newsgroup Account Settings->Security" non-functional. After touching the certdb via (A), (B) then works.
