1380565 - add/trigger new jobs doesn't work when builds are filtered

I attempted to trigger new jobs from:
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=b049d1bf3c463d25fee6107b21a7640e6c5ac190&filter-searchStr=xpcshell%20windows
and the UI behaved normally, but the new jobs didn't start.

When I cleared the "xpcshell windows" filter and then selected the jobs to trigger, then it worked.

(If it had worked when filtered, there'd be four or five of each rather than two!)

Weird, that has worked for me, at least in the past week.

I think it might be that triggering new jobs just only works 50% of the time, and I haven't figured out which 50% yet.

This appears to work now. If it doesn't for you, could you post updated STR and we can reopen? :-)
