Details

When there is a textarea box with a vertical scroll bar, and it has focus,
pressing pageup/pagedown will adjust the view of the textarea box, but will not
reposition the cursor, like it does in most editors.

This has occurred in Mozilla for a long time (0.6?), and I'm frankly a bit
surprised nobody else caught the bug yet. I have only been using the Windows
version (newest nightly build at the moment), so I don't know whether it occurs
in other versions as well.
