1380761 - Deprecate AduBySignature

The Build Graph *was* [0] the only thing using AduBySignature.
Once the Build Graph is gone we're not using it anywhere in the webapp (as far as I can tell). 

We still don't have a way to Google Analytics API usage still :(
But according to https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/admin/analyze-model-fetches/ it's only been used 4 times. However, this could be 4 times that people have clicked on the now deprecated Build Graph. 

In lack of GA on the API, once 1375431 lands we can revisit this but and see if AduBySignature in https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/admin/analyze-model-fetches/ shows up again.
