Not much to go on here. I'm assuming "staggered" refers to frame drop. Can you give more background around the issue? Is it reproducible or is it a once off? Does it affect all videos, is it a regression in the site or a regression in Firefox? What exact model of machine do you have?

Can't reproduce now. This was on a 2014 MacBook Pro 15". I'm not a regular use of that site, so I can't say for certain about it being a regression or not. I realize I didn't provide much helpful diagnostic info, and if there's a template or better guidance for filing video playback bugs in the future, please let me know!
