>> Mozilla Team/Department Open Innovation >> What kind of relationships are you looking to develop? The Reps newspletter aims to keep the Reps audience informed on what is happening in the Reps world and also engaged on issues we are requesting help. We also want to send it to a number of employees that are working with communities in order to keep them informed. >> How will you nurture these relationships? We try to keep the newsletter small, with links on every topic so people can be informed and follow up on topics interested to them. In the beginning with important news that happened during the month while the second section is calls for actions >> How will success be measured? We are hoping to see an increase of engagement to the issues we are posting by 10% >> What is the risk to not doing this? Currently we are doing this via our emailing list and form we have created in maliling chip. We prefer to be able to track engagement better with a tool that respects Mozilla's privacy >> What's the timeline for launch? Not specific timeline
