A common practice of mine is to open a new tab and click the down arrow in the URL bar to select a recently visited site.  

With Photon changes on Nightly the dropdown arrow is now sandwiched between the "Go" arrow (on the left) and the action dots making it harder to click.  

This wouldn't be as big a complaint, but the go arrow generally disappears when it's not needed. In this case it is not. Clicking it does nothing and it just makes clicking the down arrow harder.
