13811 - Regression: Get Msg does not load message thread into the thread pane

Win32 (1999-09-14-10 M11)

1. Sort the message by Subject
2. Send a new message to this account (POP or IMAP)
3. Click on the Get Msg button, no response.  I did it many times.
4. Click Sort, then the new message shows up in the sorted order.
Actual result:  When I click on Get Msg, the new message thread does not appear
in the Thread Pane.  I have to click on the Subject column heading so that the
new message thread appears in the sorted order.
Expected result: THe new message should appear in the sorted order when I click
on the Get Msg button. I should not have to click on Sort to force it to show
up.
This occurs on both Linux and Win_nt.
Unable to test Mac (Mac build is broken)

Add dependency to 13815: pretty sure this is the root of the problem.

This won't get fixed until 13815 gets fixed.  Marking M12.

Using the same scenario, the problem has been fixed. It works as expected.
Additionally, bug 13815 has been fixed and verified.
