crash log claims it's running on MacOS X 10.1.3, but in fact it's running on
the just-released 10.1.4

I haven't seen it with 1.0 or with the 1.0 release candidates. Hard to be sure
with these intermittent things though...

Actually, Loren, this bug is probably a duplicate of bug 131666 based on the
stack trace, which you also reported. They both crash at FOReleaseNFNT.
