1381155 - "Page actions" menu should hide after changing tab

Description

[Virtual_ManPL [:Virtual] 🇵🇱 - (please needinfo? me - so I will see your comment/reply/question/etc.)]

STR:
1. Open 2 tabs
2. Press "Page actions" (•••) button
3. Switch to other tab with Ctrl+Tab keyboard shortcut
and see that menu doesn't hide itself, like it's when user is using mouse or like it's with bookmark doorhanger/PanelUI after pressing "Bookmark this page" (☆) button

I'm confirming that it's fixed, starting in Mozilla Firefox 56.0a1 (2017-07-27).
