2. Press "Page actions" (•••) button
3. Switch to other tab with Ctrl+Tab keyboard shortcut
and see that menu doesn't hide itself, like it's when user is using mouse or like it's with bookmark doorhanger/PanelUI after pressing "Bookmark this page" (☆) button
