Here is a SUMO article I started about the issue of finding pre-release versions - required for testing, etc. - within the updated link structures: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1164180

While checking all those links [in the navigation and on the landing page] again I found one rather difficult path to the old side hosting pre-release links:
Open nav
=> click 'Support'
=> choose 'Firefox'
=> click 'What's New' (underneath CTA button)
=> click 'Pre-release downloads' (top nav)

This has changed in the meantime. the globally shared footer now has a link to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/ - therefore closing this.
