For Firefox 57, the new user tour will use the spec as the Firefox 56 new user tour (bug 1354707) with some updated content.

The illustrations for Performance and Screenshots are just placeholders and will need to be replaced.

The navigation icon for performance is just a placeholder and will need to be replaced.

Hi Verdi, we need the overlay close button string as well for the accessibility alternative string.

If no string provided, a simple "Close" might work?

As discussed in meeting, the condition to set `Performance`/`Sync`/`default browser` as complete is:
whenever user saw the tour (from notification, from click the tour item, or select as the default tour)

& please update these into UI spec so QA can test according to the new spec

For existing 4 tours strings:

* addons, customize, default browser has same string
* The default browser need add the string confirmed in bug 1374717 comment 26 "You’ve got this! (next line) Firefox is already your default browser." when user already set firefox as default browser
* Private Browsing's overlay and notification description are changed. 

Should we use different strings between v56/v57, or should we just replace Private Browsing's description to the update string?
