1381650 - Update bottom tag line on the stub installer

We'd like to update the bottom tagline on the stub installer 
from: 
"The only browser built for people, not profit." 
to:
"Built for people, not for profit."

From Michelle Heubusch: 2 reasons -  "the ONLY" may not be supportable long-term and adding the second "for" reads better "FOR people, not FOR profit"
