From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417 BuildID: 2002041711 (1.0 branch) Mail & Newsgroups -> Compose -> Security -> Help opens a help window that isn't a fully independent instance (stand alone) as help windows are in any other places I have tried, thus: - the help window isn't independently minimisable (if you do minimise it, as you can with other help windows, it and the message security window disappear and you have a situation where you can have the security window but you are unable to dispell it with the 'ok' button until you again find the help window and dispel that) - you can't use the message security window whilst the help window is open Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Mail & Newsgroups -> Compose -> Security -> Help 2. click on the message security window Actual Results: focus won't move to the message security window until you close the help window Expected Results: focus should move to the message security window without needing to close the security window
