Details

In bug 1381587, new intermittent bugs will be filed with priority P5. 

So that we can expose intermittent bugs in need of triage to leads, we need to remove the filter on bugs filed by the intermittent bug filing bot. 

This affects the queries used in

This seems like a code task, so putting it in General. Maybe we need a triage center component?
