Open a new tab.
Focus is given to url bar but about:blank is present in the url.
Previously the url bar was blank when opening a new tab (as it is when opening a
new window).

2002041300 was ok
20020417xx is not.

This happens only with trunk build.

about:blank persists after loading from bookmarks the first page into the blank
new tab. Happened to me with CNN, Slashdot, and Wired.

Not a dup.
The problem here is that when opening a new tab, I can't directly type or paste
an url.

The behaviour has changed on windows builds. Now about:blank still appears in
the url bar when you open a new tab but the whole url bar is selected (thus this
is not annoying anymore).

And I don't think bug 138376 is a dup of this one.
