Preference for "Display missed alarms" (yes/No) if an alarm happened while the PC was OFF, should the alarm still go off when the PC is turned on again, but the event/alarm had already passed? This could be part of the pref panel suggested in bug 137766.

BTW, I think this bug sis unnecessary, because I think missed alarms should *always* be displayed. However, some others have indicated that they would not like to see missed alarms (seems odd to me).
