Click View>Apply Theme>Theme Preferences... Preferences window opens (good). Right pane shows Themes (good). Left pane shows tree in whatever state tree was on last use. Themes may or may not be visible in the tree, and Themes is not selected.
To XP Apps. Happens on Linux too.
