DESCRIPTION: Reset method is actually selecting text in the text instead of
resetting values.
Input reset is also doing same thing, as well as reset() method also doing the
same thing.

BUILDS:1999-09-14-10 [Apprunner/Viewer]

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1] Please copy code HTML provided. Save it as HTML file.
2] Open this HTML file with apprunner as well as viewer.
3] You'll see one text box. Please enter some value in text box.
4] Now Click button called "Button Reset Through JS". [This button is trying to
reset value of text box through JavaScript method reset()]
5] Now Click button "Actual Reset". [This is actual reset Input, used to reset
form values]

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Both buttons should reset text box value.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Both buttons select text box value.
