If an extra Theme is installed (such as Pinstripe), the Mail/News window will
not open following an initial open and close of that window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the Pinstripe theme ([http://homepage.mac.com/kgerich/pinstripe.html])
2. Spawn the Mail/News window
3. Close the Mail/News window
4. Attempt to open the Mail/News window again.

Actual Results:  The window does not open.

Expected Results:  The window should have opened.

This problem does not occur using FizzillaCFM/2002040908.

Removing the third-party theme cures the problem.

It would be useful for users on other OS/platform combinations to test this
using other third-party themes.
Note that this bug is a follow-on from bug 136874.
confirming on linux trunk 2002041718
using a third-party theme causes problems when trying to open mail second time.
(no such problem in the standard skins)

the problem with other themes (other than classic and modern) is that without
fakeAccount.css, you'll hit this bug.

the way to fix it is to fix those other themes.

marking invalid.  nothing mozilla can do about this, it's a 3rd party theme 
issue.

Confirmed on MacOS 9 and OS X, with Mozilla 1.0 rc 1.

I have notified the author of the "pinball" and "graymodern" themes available
from the Get New Themes menu item. However, there have been over 16,000
downloads of these already, so there will no doubt be a lot more complaints...
