Crash Data

Example crash report: bp-a70a36ad-894e-4396-9fae-6bd860170717 I don't know why PulseAudio would be calling bind() in an application that's just using the client library, but there are crash reports. PulseAudio is going to be remoted (bug 1362220), which will take care of this one way or the other, but I wanted a bug to link to the crash reports, and in case we wind up needing a more immediate workaround.

This should have been fixed by cubeb remoting (bug 1362220), and I'm not seeing any more crash reports for this on Nightly 59.
