:cpeterson Is this something we were expecting, due to enabling Stylo building?
Yes, this is expected. We had the same build time regression with first building Stylo on other platforms. Subsequent linux64-asan builds (for changesets that don't modify Rust code) should be just as fast as before because sccache can cache the compiled Rust code. We are also working on other tool improvements to speed up Rust compile times, such as bug 1380321, bug 1367940, and fixes in the Rust compiler itself.
