Are you looking for a regression window? Does this happen on a clean profile? Maybe related to Stylo or something? Hard to know where to go with this until/unless we have better STR / a regression window. :-(

Yes,
but it will take a while, as it's not so fast to reproduce.
I suspect that this regression started in this week or week before.

No.
Stylo is disabled by default for now,
and I don't enabled it by myself, as it's still too crashy.

Looking into it, maybe it's due to enabling Advanced Layers, but I'm looking into it.

triage comments indicate this might be related to bug 1382680 or "advanced layers".

Unable to reproduce issue with Win7 x64 and Win10 x64 using Nightly 56.0a1(2017-07-20), 56.0a1(2017-07-27) and the latest nightly version with the above STR.
Tried reproducing by using the reporter's Fx theme and by changing different advance layers experiments in about:config but with no luck.

I also can't reproduce it anymore, so I'm marking this bug as WORKSFORME. Fortunately it happened only once or twice and no more.
