Mozilla will not minimize, no matter how forcefully or repeatedly you click the
minimize button.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla.
2. Maximize Mozilla.
3. Click the Minimize button.

Actual Results:  The window restored to pre-maximized size. Further clicks on
the minimize button do nothing.

Expected Results:  The window should have minimized to the taskbar.
