In bug 1373818, I checked in a change per Adjust's suggestions for how to track referrer intents.

After the checkin, they changed the spec so we need to update it.

The fix is checked in to central, but we need a separate bug to track the patch into beta.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Very very minor change that allows us to sync up with some changes Adjust is making for us to better track certain types of Fennec releases.
