User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:54.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/54.0
Build ID: 20170628075643
Steps to reproduce:
I switched my iMac and opened Thunderbird. (thunderbird 52.2.1, Lightning 5.4, OS 10.12.5)
The problem occured on another computer with the same OS version but an older thunderbird version. I blocked the automatic update. Did not help. The same problem occured one day later.
Actual results:
All calendar entries were set to 00:00 hour. The red/yellow/green buttons on the top left corner of the window had also disappeared. So have the hour-marking lines.
Expected results:
Have the usual calendar week and day view with all entries positioned at the time they are scheduled.

I've never seen that. What happens if you open an event? Does it show at 0:00 or the correct time?
Have you tried with other add-ons disabled? From which version did your upgrade, ie. what was the previous version you used?
Component: OS Integration → General
Product: Thunderbird → Calendar
Version: 5.0 → Lightning 5.4

When I open an event, all data are there. The problem is only with the week and day view. In the month or several weeks view, the hours are visible and correct.
Sorry, I cannot remember the number of the previous version.
I have just dsabled all add-ons and reactivated Lightning only. It does not change anything. Same problem.

Great news (partly): In the Add-ons administration tab, I have found under Appearance (sorry, I am not sure it is called this way in English, I have a German computer), Theme Font & Size Changer LightWeightTheme which I disabled and reactivated. The three dots (red/yellow/green) are back. Not the rest though.

The Bug disappears when deactivating the Add-On CardBook (version 20.7) which has received an update recently.
We were also able to reproduce the Bug in a new profile.
1. Create a test event in the default local calendar not at midnight. (e.g. 9:00am)
2. Install CardBook Add-On.
3. Follow CardBook setup with default configuration: import address books mac contacts, personal contacts and gathered contacts. The last two are empty at this point.
Then in day and week view, the events are displayed at 0:00am, the values are still correct in the editor view.
