Steps to reproduce:
Performs Window sharing using gUMTest on Microsoft Windows 10 and 7 platform.
Note: A similar bug 1371000 for Linux exists. I'm not sure if they have the same root cause or not.

Actual results:
Only partial opened/active windows are listed. Below is an example list of what is listed and what is not listed.
Note: If I use Application sharing most of them are listed except for Firefox.

I believe this is a dup of a fixed bug; please reopen if that's incorrect.
