For the release of new prefs in 56, Remove the word "automatically" from this line: Allow <brand> to automatically send technical and interaction data to Mozilla

r=me, but comment 0 indicates this was hoped for Firefox 56 due to a request from legal. Going to needinfo? mheubusch to ensure they're aware that 56 beta is going to go out with the old string (since we're wayyyyyy beyond string freeze for 56).

Hey mheubusch, I just reviewed this patch, and it can likely land in time for 57, but the horse has more or less left the barn strings-wise for Firefox 56... are we okay with the old string going out in 56?
