I've noticed a weird bug that has been present in Mozilla nightly builds for
about a week or so. Namely entering an URL in the URL bar and pressing "Enter"
does not always work. Sometimes you have to press "Enter" twice in order for the
browser to react.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter an URL in the URL bar.
2. Press "Enter"

Actual Results: Nothing happened.

Expected Results: Mozilla should've started loading the page.

This problem seems to occur only under certain circumstances, unfortunately
though, I couldn't figure out what exactly causes the problem to occur. I
haven't been able to always reproduce the problem at will, however, I still run
into it from time to time.
