I don't believe this is known, but since we can't share minidumps with Widevine there's not much we can do to debug this without a way to repro.

Let's discuss how can we handle this kind of bug when you are in Taipei office. Should we report this bug to Widevine?

Did you discuss with Chris about this sort of issues?

Could we do further or just keep in mind and hope it can be fixed by updating the new CDM in the next release cycle?

Nothing we can do unless we can reproduce it and forward the reproduce step to widevine guys.

Hope they can fix it in the next release version.

Let's continue to monitor this bug after the new CDM in bug 1388771 is updated.

From the crash report[1] and bug 1380175, it seems version 970 CDM update may probably solve this crash. The latest crash report is 56.0a1(20170624030209) which is two months ago.

I am going to close this bug. Please reopen it if anyone still can see this crash afterwards.
