After closing the print preview window, all previously disabled toolbars appear
on the window.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click View-> Show/Hide -> [disable all toolbars]
2.Click File->Print Preview
3.Click Close
4.Look at the screen, you should see the toolbars reappear

Actual Results:  The previously disable toolbars reappear, even though the
View->Show/Hide still shows them disabled.

Expected Results:  Mozilla should retain the previous status of the toolbars..
if they were disabled, they should remain that way.
