I'm getting an error at the above URL when trying to load it with a 9/14 build of seamonkey. It works fine with 4.x.
It loads (sort of) if the blank in the url is removed ... maybe this is an encoding problem (like 10429 or 10373 or 12277)
This is odd. spaces in URLs are not allowed.
What about bug 12277? There is talk about encoding spaces in URLs as %20. If this space is really necessary (can this be verified?) then this might be a possible solution
fixing this with my other cleanups for nsStdURL.
BTW I get the same 400 error on 4.7.
