The scoring algorithm change to Observatory this month affected SUMO, which has dropped below its previous B. I encourage correcting this, since SUMO was previously counted towards this year's OKR in an earlier quarter.
Resolving any single one of the following issues would be sufficient to bring back a B. https://observatory.mozilla.org/analyze.html?host=support.mozilla.org [-25] Content Security Policy (CSP) header not implemented [-5] Contribute.json file missing from root of website [-5] Subresource Integrity (SRI) not implemented, but all external scripts are loaded over https
https://support.mozilla.org/contribute.json implemented and we're now getting B grade again
