Taking back RCA ownership as per unixfairy until we can determine this was definitely netops related. We have no alert info to support that yet.

Without real data on the issue (limited data in user reports, no alerts and no information about where a possible problem might have been) there is no value in pursuing this since we can't work on any thing specific.

We will keep this in mind if there are further problems in yvr1 and if there is an underlying problem hopefully we will get more information in the future.
