Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Mozilla
2. open Mail & Newsgroups window via menu item Window->Mail & Newsgroups
3. close Mail & Newsgroups window
4. ensure that it cann't be open anymore

I'm using Pinball theme. With Modern it works fine.
