1383843 - Remove LastPass link from Password Manager feature page

Requested via Slack: "it would be great if we can link to the collection only, and not call out a specific password manager (for now). the big ones are in the process of migrating to WebExtensions APIs, so after that is done we can call out an individual add-on again"

This means updating copy in the "Password master" section, which currently reads:

"Earn your second security black belt with Firefox’s vast array of password manager add-ons. Go with a favorite like LastPass, or reach password manager mastery with ratings and community reviews."

We'll need to rewrite (or just omit) that second sentence to remove the LastPass recommendation.
