These tests have been permafailing since they were enabled by bug 1381577, with failures like https://queue.taskcluster.net/v1/task/D8avYmhoQN2ijQmURbFQVA/runs/5/artifacts/public/logs/live_backing.log Nothing useful gets output for failures to Treeherder (sometimes it fails with "return code: 1"), and they go through several retries before they give up.

We switched the tests to run on the GPU instances in BB instead of the taskcluster instances.

We should file a bug on the Win7 TC failure. It looked like the tests killed the machine.
