It's alive in fact,there seems to be some issues on the restart button from slave_health interface since 21 July

i rebooted it yesterday when it was offline and it's back down. ill take another look today.
No need to worry about this machine,is not down,is working fine(taking jobs),only that we have an issue with restarting from Slavehealth ,the same thing is happening for the yosemite machines,I filled a bug for this problem (Bug 1384019).
