I have tried calling ext. 7911 from internal phone and from my cell phone (415) 9392008 @1:52PM. When calling one gets a message stating that extension is not valid.
Just drop a note. I tried calling 7911 via Jive, it went through.
Sorry, I was out yesterday. Mike ended up fixing this himself shortly after the bug was filed - I walked him through some things to check in the GUI over Slack and he found the configuration error. One of the extensions in the hunt list didn't exist anymore, it just needed to be removed.
